raises using ez curl bar? true or false
hey fellas, I couldn't find anything on this so here it goes. I was doing shoulders today, doing front raises with dumbbells, and this guy tells me I should try doing them with a barbell or ezcurl. He said it works more of the shoulder and strengthens the forearms. Sounds like potential injury to me, what do ya think bros? Thankx

As in front delt raises? I would think that using a bar would be kind of awkward? Just my .02

Ya front delt. Thats what I thought. This guy swore buy it though. One handed like with dumbells.

its not that big of a difference, just a variation. basically u are doing the same range of motion but ur using a barbell instead of dumbells, just dont go too heavy on it..

Thankx bros for the info. I tried it but it just seems to awkward to me. I did feel it a little in my forearms, but I ll stick with what works.
