    Off cycle workout

    About to take my 3 month break from gear and looking to see what kind of workouts people do between cycles?

    The same.......just back off on the volume and a tad off of your max poundages.

    It'll depend on many variables(how you trained while on/what was your intensity like/get in and out and rest/recover) - people can grow during this stage, but many things need to be considered(the link below is by Marcus)...

    As mentioned above you'll want to keep your lifts heavy and concentrate on the eccentric part of lift more so... Many different ways - but this is tried and proven - take a read at this

    I'm on 5/3/1 and just finished my first test cycle. I trained 4 days/week and deloaded after every sixth week of training. I think I am going to train 3 days/week while in PCT and into my upcoming natty months

    Doesn't make sense to me. I am doing the same amount if not more work.
