    Training on a cut

    What's the best way to train on a cut? Heavy? Light? Mixed?

    You should train with exactly the same intensity as you would on a"bulk"

    no need to go light or high reps or anything like that.

    you may have to decrease the volume though if you are in a big deficit.

    always train hard! unless you are not training hard for a reason i.e injury, de load etc
