Hi Guys just a quick one

What's the recommended amount of sets you should complete on each exercise or minimum amount ?

Too many variables to give a cookie cutter answer. Most of your volume should be accumulated using compound movements, the rest should be accumulated with isolation movements focused on weaknesses or the goal for the day (trying to get a big chest, some isolation for the chest or triceps etc).

Go to failure or at least til your form starts to suck then drop the weight and do more :-)

All depends on your style of training!

HIT - one balls out set to true positive failure - then right I to your drops(very intense) then go to your beyond failure protocols(after you've truly got to true positive failure) like forced reps - RPs - negatives -

Change your tempo - long 4-5 count concentric w/the same 4-5 count w/eccentric part of lift... Just thoughts - many different styles of training - but going to failure is key

Cheers guys that's great I take every bit of advise on board.

I'm in the process of losing BF so trying a different workout program covering all body parts once a week with couple rest days.

    Done Bi's and Tri's
    3 x Exercises with 2xFeeler sets 1xWorking sets and 1xSet to failure
And I done 2x Exercises for Tri's all drop down sets with 30Sec rest between each set.

And it worked I felt like I had to work hard so thumbs up for today.

Thanks you for all the help much appreciated.

I do five sets, the first always being a warmup set at 50% of max weight. So really 4 real sets to failure for most excercises. I found that works best for me.
