    Need help finding a program! URGENT

    Hello, im in a bit of a trouble.
    I train muay thai monday and thursday, where we hit the shoulder, chest, and triceps training pretty hard.

    Id like to train to get some muscle mass as Well, I've been working out for 3 years now..

    But i dont know when to train as i Would like to minimize overtraining...
    Could anyone help me? PS im clean.


    Monday: muay thai
    Tuesday:
    Wednesday:
    Thursday: muay thai
    Friday:
    Saturday:
    Sunday:

    When Would you go to the gym? And what muscles Would you hit what days?

    look into wendlers 5,3,1

    this is a routine that can be adapted to a range of days to suit your goals. id personally

    train 2 x a week weights to begin.

    if your muay thai days were set up different then you could of started on 3 days. or if you are happy to train Sundays then go with the three day split.

    My training partner is BJJ guy and we are 12 weeks into Wendler 531. We are both making gains. It's a quick workout it's good to feel stronger and break PRs regularly.
