    Can I do back twice week and chest twice week if I feel they are weak

    You can but if your training them right you won't need to

    Yes, chances are you'll see progress quite quickly if you're only doing once a week currently.

    I think first we would need to know if you are training for strength or size.
    Most strength athletes train their body parts more than once a week.
    Plenty of bodybuilders only train their muscle groups once a week.

    10 days, one muscle group per day and rest between days. Works for me but I'm 40. Ha!
