Shoulder pain
Hey,
almost through my PCT and my shoulders need a break.
I was pumping some large weights on cycle and am starting to feel it.
I am wondering, What are the exercises to avoid for a couple months
and
what are good replacement exercises in their place
(bench press is killing my shoulders)

easy fix bench kills my shoulder to because im tall, use free weights laying down on a bench and it will be pain free prob wouldn't hurt to use a glucosamine sup to like osteo biflex

Are you keeping your shoulder blades back and down while benching?
Are you tucking your elbows into your body?

Don't forget to work on the small rotator cuff muscles. That might be the source of your pain and issues.

When you're working out using your shoulders, do they feel like they're burning? If yes then your tendons might be imflamated. Put some ice on them before and after work out and take some ibuprofen.
