    Time for a deload?

started doing ICF 5x5 in the start of july did it for 3 weeks then i had to go on a vacation for 2 weeks. I have now been working on it for almost 6 weeks and started to stall on squat.

I have also been feeling quite exhausted too.. I am eating well and im gaining but just started to stall

    Did 193lbs squat monday
    5x
    5x
    5x
    4x
    3x

And yesterday wednesday it was even worse
    5x
    5x
    3x

Do you guys thinks it is time for a deload?

Yes probably a good time to take a deload, when you miss reps on linear programs you're supposed to take the weight down 10-15lb on that specific lift and build back up, that way you essentially deload a little and manage fatigue anyway.

Take a deload and take the weight down a little to build back up
