    pct

The first week when you start your pct and go from having high test down to zero and increasing to normal levels do you change work out schedule right or away or take a few days or one week of? Just wonder what you do when you start pct.

When I start my PCT it depends on the cycle I just ran and for how many weeks, usually I keep the intensity high but my rep count suffers if im feeling tired then it usually goes back to normal. If that happends with you no need to worrie your energy should return rather quickly! best of luck

When you start pct you will be sorta in limbo.....you will feel somewhat off but it really won't hit for a few weeks. I say listen to your body. Train hard and intense within reason without getting hurt. Back off on the volume a bit and the weight because you just won't be able to handle the poundages. YES......you ARE going to loose size and strength and gorging yourself to keep up your body weight will lead to excess fat so hopefully whilst on cycle you kept your bf in check. It is important to keep your macros up to a point however and don't worry about cutting for quite sometime. If you try to shoot for your cycle poundages you will at some point most likely sustain an injury. Be smart with your training.

If you change your diet and workout to something less intense you will loose gains rapidly
