    Mountain Dog

    Hey guys,
hoping to compete in the next couple years at an amateur level light heavyweight class. I'm currently 5'7"ish 200lbs 12% bodyfat. I'm going back to John Meadows' training as I felt i really gained some solid size, and I loved the intensity. I like being able to still do the big 3 but utilizing chains and bands. My question is the schedule is laid out as follows

    day 1 legs heavy
    day 2 chest/shoulders heavy
    day 3 off
    day 4 back heavy
    day 5 chest/shoulders pump
    day 6 arms pump
    day 7 off

Could I switch day 5 and 6? and do chest/shoulders pump on day 6 and arms day 5? I know it probably won't make a difference and I'm not trying to change Meadows' programs as he obviously knows his shit, but I feel my arms are my weakest muscle group and would rather hit them sooner than later even though it's only one day. Currently cruising 250mg sust/week

I would let them rest and grow. Growth takes place AFTER the stimulation occurs, so give them a chance to refuel and respond.

I would leave it alone as I think if you switched days your heavy chest day may not be as productive. You could always try it and see for a week.....you make like it. I know myself that I would need the rest in order to get the most out of the program. Good luck

How did you get/find his full program? I've been curious to see if for a while now and can't really find anything on it (exercises/res/sets/rest times). I'm always curious to see what new workouts people have and compare/contrast them.

Same with the diet, there is a diet that comes along with it to compliment the workout. Are you on that as well?
