arm width
Hey guys , as much as ive been working on my arms and getting them nice and thick, im really lagging in width. Looking from the back my arms look relatively small and skinny and i hate it. My tris and bis are developing really well but i cant seem to pack size. Are there better exercises for width or does it come down to diet only.

Your post kind of contradicts what your saying.
" been working on my arms and getting them nice and thick"
"My tris and bis are developing really well"
Just carry on doing what your doing if they are growing and developing well and getting thick then they will slowly grow bigger and bigger. If your backs of your arms are lagging them hit some tricep compound movements like close grip BB, dips and db crushers. Anything what will target the long head and stretch and make it work will make it thicker and bigger, thickness will come with size and if you add to the out head you will create an illusion of more thickness.
Are you training them hard enough?
I know your going to say yes but are you truly training then hard enough?
try training your triceps first before biceps, try every different style of training to see which one suits you best.
Diet will help feed new growth and promote further building of tissue, its the training and mind set what will produce more gains in your arms, they you thick they are stubborn put them under so much stress and overload that they have no options but to grow bigger, but if your building thickness and they are developing well sounds like your on the right track. Remember some body parts grow slower than other and some need extra intensity to push them into a growth spurt.

Just keep plugging along. My arms are my worst body part but I've managed to get them up to 16-18" depending on my bodyweight, carbs, water, etc. Marcus hit the nail on the head, train those suckers hard! I know they get hit with chest, shoulders, and back but I think for guys that lack the genetic arms some extra work helps. CGBP, dips, skulls of all kinds for triceps. For biceps I never found heavy ass barbell curls to be very effective. I like doing them but I could never find that "oh shit my biceps are working hard" sweet spot. Always stuck to heavy dumbbell curls.
