    Interesting but too much?

Hey guys I'm a huge fan of Mark Dugdale and his training philosophy, which mostly come from John Meadows. I was looking at this current split and it makes sense but I'm not sure if it would be too much for the average body builder. Mark has been training a lot longer than me, has much more size than me, and also has the supplementation and coaching back that I lack.
    looks like this

    1-legs heavy
    2-chest/shoulders heavy
    3-back heavy
    4-legs explosive/pump
    5-chest/shoulders explosive pump
    6-arms pump
    7-back explosive/pump

The whole idea on the pump days is maximum pump with little CNS stress. I know this isn't exactly a new idea as there are lots of programs that hit muscles twice a week, but 7 days no rest? I'm thinking it would be more feasible to do legs, push, pull, legs, push, pull, off?

Looks like a daily undulating periodization style program.

I follow a very similar training regimen.

I have 2 mirror routines for all my workouts. One focuses on heavy, low reps, to increase strength. And the other is lighter, higher reps, to increase total volume.

I will rest as needed based on how I feel, additionally you can combine your routines to best suite your taste. I do back alone, legs alone, and combine chest/shoulders/arms. So you have endless combination options.

Short answer: your body needs to rest as this is when you grow and recover. The style you outlined may be done for a short time and maybe a beginner who is rather light may get the benefit out of it.
