I watched a video the other day where Jay Cutler was saying he didn't even notice music being in, what song was on, anything. He was so dialed in during his sets he literally had almost no conception of what was going on around him, even during his rest periods. Now that's focus.
I can't kill time between the sets, I am just resting and the time is passing by so quickly while I rest that I can't think about what I should do besides... resting :D I'm also usually just walking around. Sitting down makes me feel worse
I... spot my workout partner so I can get back to my next set.
I just go when i feel like it..lol. i usually take longer when doing doubles and triples.
Catch my breath!!cue up the right song to get me going!!think of ppl I don't like and picture beating them in every way and put my intensity together for the next set..I dunno why negative energy has pushed me through a many great workouts
