Strenght loss during cutting and physiology
Has anyone expert got any knowledge about strenght loss during cutting and in particular bench press? When lowering carbs or cycling them causes some losses in heavy pushing movements and in particular bench press.
Is it just the lack of glycogen in muscles? How lower bodyweight can be one element in the process if lost weight is just water and fat, not muscle? Any explanations?
I hate cutting because of this even if the loss in weights are nothing dramatic.
