    Rounded Quads.

Theres 2 types of people in the Fitness world when it comes to muscle isolation. im a firm believer of targeting a specific area of a muscle for it to grow. with that being said as long as ive been squating and leg pressing it doesnt seem like my quads are getting rounder. they are thick and dense but theres no width to them. any suggestions?

No I'm not a big believer in that.

I do change foot position when working out calfs. Just out of habit though.

I have learned with legs u have to really really kill them to get good growth out of them. I will do heavy and then drop sets. (This has helped alot). After that I will do medium weight 10 for 10 squats at the end of workout. If done right it will be damn near impossible to finish and yes I get dizzy, doing this. I have thrown up, I have needed to take a seat for LONG period of time after just because my legs share so bad.

For sure! That's what the forum is for.

Don't forget leg extentions. Flex your legs as much as possible Dearing it!

I also do deadlifts on back day. Don't no if a that is something u would do or not
