    Flabby Chest

    Hey

    I actually I am training from 5 years ago I was over wight now my am happy with my body but my chest is flabby I tried many exercises but nothing pull it up

    I am doing every chest day


    dips
    chest press incline bar or dumbbell
    chest press flat bar or dumbbell
    chest press decline ( some time ) dumbbell
    machine fly
    dumbbell pullover


    but still not change, so please advice me by the way my BF is 16%

    Don't worry brother, your chest isn't as bad as you are thinking it is.

    Your head is playing tricks on u. (I have the same issue) I can always pick something I don't like about my self and stress over it.

    I have recently learning that if you pre exhaust your chest with flies it will help biuld a awesome chest.

    I will usually start with cable flies until my chest is burning like crazy. After that I will get a drink and hit my normal chest day.

    I believe nach3 suggested it to me and I will never shy away from doing it! Best of luck, if u do it right it will kill and make for a real intense workout.

    Thank bro, I heard that but I didn't start it yet, so how many rep you are doing in cable flies and how many sets

    Don't really count reps. I can say it's definitely higher rep.

    Three sets usually. First, is just a warm up and then I up the weight alot and go until failure. Then drop weight a little and jump right into it again.

    The third set is always really painful. Keep that in mind. Then get a drink and hit the real work out. Hard and heavy right away!

    Have you ever used any AAS? Sore,,painful,,itchy nipples ever??

    Yess i do, but right now there is no painful

    At this particular point I have to agree. Make CHEST a priority in your training and eat clean to get lean.
    See where that takes you then go from there.
