I like doing EZ Bar curls and then rolling into bent over reverse grip rows. is this bad, or good? i get a great pump, but the rep range is around 18 total.
I should up the weight, but keep doing the superset, so the total is no higher that 12! ?

isolation? I'd rather compound. it's not an emergency that i grow them.
