    Lightbulb why! at the gym

    Sometimes i wonder,

not all but in some cases the dumbest person at the gym has more 'luck' when it comes to buliding muscles and has a better body then people who actually do lots of research, count thier macros and do right exercises in a right form.

Does that come down to your body type (Ectomorph, Mesomorph or Endomorph)?

    Just something in my head.

mindset is the key, you can be dumb and stupid, be sold a bottle of plain tap water, being told its a steroid substance, believe it that like 120% its truth, drink it, swing your shitty form around in the gym, eat crap, and make gains... most time its called newbie gains and placebo effect, both work like magic most times

Genetics is probably why they are gaining while not having anything on point.

^^^ this is true. When I was younger I used to get really down about busting my a**. Because of this this i think. Was almost stressing my self out and this was holding me back. Also learning how to really eat did wonders but that's a different story all together

It's a gift and a curse, it can be motivating and demoralizing depending on the day. This and the bro-ciety are a large part of why I choose to work out at home.

Genetics play a big role for sure. Other than that, it doesn't matter how much effort it takes someone else. All that matters is you do whatever YOU need to do to achieve what you're after. Have a goal in mind, and a plan to get there. It's almost impossible not to compare yourself, but don't let it get you down. Rather, be motivated to press in. I love being challenged to push harder.
