Arms different sizes

Does anybody else feel that their arms are different sizes? Like the dominant arm being significantly bigger? I haven't measured them, it might be in my head. But my right arm looks bigger in the mirror and a lot more vascular.

Everything is going to be a little different, you're just staring at the arms. Measure anything bilateral and you'll find a difference.

Its very common. Try using dumbbells and/or Iso Lateral equipment more frequently.

Unless it's seriously noticeable, who cares? Humans are meant to be slightly asymmetrical.

Significantly different, no.

Right is dominant but left has always been bigger & more definited

Got a bit better after 2 years of 95% db use like stated above
