delts with bis and tris?

Hey guys,
Usually I train 5 days a week with shoulders and arms on different days but shit got all ****ed up at work this week so I'm going to do shoulders with biceps and triceps tomorrow, any of you guys do this? If so what's your routine look like?
thinking something like this:

behind neck press 3-4x5-8
upright row or lateral 2-3x8-12
rear delt 2-3x8-12

close grip bench 2-3x5-8
extension or pushdown 2-3x8-12

curl variation 2-3x8-12
curl variation 2-3x8-12

Shoulders and arms? Sure why not. Just throw in a good leg day next workout and your back on track. Not a fan of behind the neck presses

Me neither, tough on the shoulder joint. The shoulder joint is not made to force behind the neck.

I do my routine like this:

WORKOUT 1:CHEST/DELTS/TRICEPS
WORKOUT 2:QUADS/HAMS/CALVES/ABS
WORKOUT 3:BACK/BICEPS/FOREARMS

If your just maintaining the muscles thats fine

But imo if your looking for some serious growth, 3 body parts in one session would be counter productive

I've always done chest, bi's and tri's together, next is total legs, then back and shoulders on an EOD schedule. If doing high volume I'd agree that 3 body parts would be tough. I train mostly HIT style or if not HIT I usually do no more than two working sets per exercise. Chest and arms is done in an hour or less.
