Usually I train 5 days a week with shoulders and arms on different days but shit got all ****ed up at work this week so I'm going to do shoulders with biceps and triceps tomorrow, any of you guys do this? If so what's your routine look like?
thinking something like this:
behind neck press 3-4x5-8
upright row or lateral 2-3x8-12
rear delt 2-3x8-12
close grip bench 2-3x5-8
extension or pushdown 2-3x8-12
curl variation 2-3x8-12
curl variation 2-3x8-12
