Personally, I would have a hard time combining delts, tris, and chest, but have a go at it and see if.you can push yourself 110% all.of the way through it.
I kind of like to go with a 5 way rotation:
    Delts/ traps
Back (deads are done on this day)
    Chest
    Legs
    Arms

Everyone is different however, so tinker around and see what works for you and your schedule. I lift in my shop and have to substitute/fiddle with the beyond failure protocols to completely trash the muscle group I'm working.
I definitely wouldn't be much for cardio after working legs.
There are 3 loves in my life: my wife, my English mastiffs, and my weightlifting....Man, my wife gets really pissed when I get the 3 confused...

    Why no abs lol?

You have a unique combination of training body parts, but to each his own I suppose.

The only thing that really sticks out to me is your choice of back movements.

Close grip lat pull downs and v grip pills downs are essentially the same movement.

Personally I wouldn't be able to get the full benefit of wide grip pull downs after close grip.

You might be better off doing close grip for 2-3 sessions then switch it up to wide grip for 2-3 sessions.

I can fry my back with 3 movements; a high pulling movement, a middle pulling movement, and a low pulling movement.

Sure I can force my self to do other stuff but it's not at 100% intensity.

I realize that everyone is different and what works for me might not work for you, but sometimes less is more.

CNS overload is not a good feeling lol.

Great to hear the new routine is going well so far.

The goals you've set should be what defines your ab routine.

If you're not an ab guy then dragonflies may be enough.

I like to devote an entire workout just to abs.

inner, outer, upper, lower, upper obliques and lower obliques

One thing to note about abs is that weak a core often leads to lower back problems later in life.

    Agreed with this

Very true. Weak abs and tight hamstrings are notorious for lower back problems.

Sounds like another great reason why the hot girls at my gym should let me message their glutes and hammies.

    I message a lot of hot girl's glutes & hams . . . . . . . . . telepathically.

You could just keep it simple and follow this split for 6 weeks, or so.

    my comments similar to others...

    personally i'm on a 6 day split:
    shoulders/traps
    back legs (calves, hams, deads)
    chest/tri
front legs (quads, squats, and calves again, why not...)
    back
    rest

i find i'm generally baked after 1 hour with each of these... (my rests are a bit longer than yours and i do double drops)

my input on your plan is to swap chest with shoulder. i would have a tough time really crushing chest if my delts were pre-fatigued (but not the opposite).
