    Back and delts

Have to combine back and delts today which isn't usual but my schedule calls for it this week. Already hit heavy upper earlier in the week, I don't want a specific workout, but what do you guys think is sufficient volume-wise for these two groups on the same day?

What's your goals?! It all depends on if your doing volume work or hypertrophy!

I love doing traps w/back now... Your rear delts r already being hit/targeted so just s/s some trap ex's

    I start w/heavy shrugs front/back/DBs(forr time 1minute minumum)

Then go into my compound movements
-BB bent over rows/or T-bar rows - heavy... Drop settled and RPd
-Double DB bent over rows(bring the bells past your knees and arch low back & pop your chest at peak contraction - this is for any lat movement(internally rotate elbows & shoulders to activate lats moreso
    - long bar rows w/cambered bar
    - seated rows
    - face pulls -- long bar attachment or rope(put your leg up to adjust in middle of set) keep ur elbows higher than wrists
    S/s'd w/rev flys/rev peck deck/or facing incline palms facing rows/cable flys etc
    - one arm rows
    - deads if you do it on back day
    - stretch lats w/CG Pulldowns

For thickness rows for width its Pulldowns palms facing or palms away

    Hope this helps
