IMHO, your "chest structure" is fine. What you're after requires a lot of something which is easier said than done...hard work/training, proper nutrition and proper rest.

my chest is proportionally one of my weakest areas. all areas could use work (lots,) but my chest most of all. my question to you would be do you make your chest sore whenever you hit it up? if not make it that way.
do you dedicate one whole day to it?
the negative portion of a rep put the most strain on the muscle, so are you crazy about your form?
do you vary your chest exercises?
and like odin just said, DIET and Nutrition, something i'm having trouble with. no use in being strong if you cant look sexy because you are fat.
i'm hoping this plan i made will do something for me. maybe making something like it will do something for you.

Its difficult sometimes to build muscle from nothig or make it grow in a different shape or form, I am at that stage where Im constsntly improving and like its said above - pre-exhaust is a must, I start with incline dumbell press, go to flies, bench press, and finish off with chest dips, first real slow and concentrate on stretch and contraction and then move to some rest pause quicknones to kill the workout, so it stretches it all out so well, next day doms and growth is inevitable for me after this. For the most part, its the consistency over long time that matters and increasing the weight every workout with the mininum amount, even if its 1pound every workout, looks silly but some good weeks from there youre up 10pound or more in lifts and going strong. I also do various angles chest stretching before chest workout and sometimes in between sets, I found it helps

My chest was my worst muscle group.
I eat more around chest day and specially before workout.
I train only with presses (5-6 reps for barbell and 8 reps for bumbbell)... the heavier the better. Do more sets than the other muscle grps. You can t grow chest by doing 20 sets for chest and 25 for back.
My chest now is more than Ok
    good luck
