I used to do 40-60 mins runs, while its great fat burning it also burns some muscle, and muscle is harder gained than fat, so for the last 4 weeks been limiting to max 20-30 minutes while increasing intensity on cardio machine and this seem to keep little more strength and size on my legs, its still just a beginning for me of this change, but alot of long reading led me to this.
So I'd say stick to under 30 minutes of intensive cardio of any sort and do not do it on your leg day, just my 02cent

That sums up the amount of cardio I do.
I don't do much cardio unless I'm trying to get really lean and then I only do it on NON- weight training days.
I only do cardio while on prep or if I'm at least 1000 calories over my maintenance. Currently I'm about 1200 above maintenance so I get 20 mins of stairmill cardio in 3 times a week and play ice hockey once a week.
If I eat a lot of food but don't do cardio then I huff and puff way too much when I shouldn't be.
Dont play rugby anymore so no cardio for me. Walking between benches during a super set is about it for me.
10-15 Minutes of Full Sprints as long as I could run for that amount of time .
