I always used the 70 s true 85s, 90s when I feel froggy

Difference now is I can get way more reps prior to cycle I was spent at 12 on 80s
Now I can rep out 20 pretty quick.

I need training partners other than my pitbull watching me lol.

Right that why I never had a real strong bench or anything since I always trained by myself in my garage. No spotter. But def find ways of getting weight up by ur self and to be self motivated. ..I know a lot of cats tht need ...need someone to motivate them to train. I stay self motivated

I had a few friends early on that came over and lifted with me, but that shit got old quick cat showing up hungover or actually drunk and then having to dump weight every time it was their turn on the bar
