I'm thinking of going for a max bench press tomorrow although I was looking for some recommendations regarding warm up and Target
Since on cycle I've increased my bench press reps weight. After a good warm-up I'm good for 240 pounds 10 times clean
So how should I warm up at what should my target be I'm thinking I'm good for an easy 300 or better possibly 310 315
If my target is 300 pounds for one rep max what should my warm up scheme be 4 most efficient warm up without burning myself out for my one rep max
