Whats you split chooice and volume
What's you're preferred spilt and volume for bulking and cutting ?
I'm currently
BULKING
5 day split (45min-1hour workouts)
15Min Steady State Cardio PWO
abs 3x a week
Each workout has 6 Set(exercises)
4sets big muscles
2set smaller muscles
all 4x10
Day1=Chest/tri
Day2=Back/Bi
Day3=Shoulders
Day4=Legs
Day5=Arms
Routine Example
BB Incline bench press 4x10
BB Flat Bench Press 4x10
DB Flat Fly 4x10
Weighted chest Dips 4x10
Lying tricep extension 4x10
Tricep press down 4x10

My prefered split would be one bodypart per day, rest as needed. But as I also have to work and do other stuff that life forces us to, my current split is:
Chest/Biceps
Rest
Hamstrings/Back
Rest
Shoulders/Triceps
Calves/Quads
Rest
Sometimes I change it up. Will probably change it in a couple of months.

Check this out JB.... I believe on page 48 I believe he goes into depth regarding some splits as well

Current regimen:
1. CHEST,SHOULDERS,TRICEPS
2. QUADS,HAMS,CALVES,ABS
3. BACK,BICEPS,FOREARMS
I'm resting from weight training 4 days per wk and training 3 days per week.
