Straight-Arm Dumbbell Pullovers Chest or back day ?
when would you do Straight-Arm Dumbbell Pullovers ?
we all know they work the chest and the lats and so much more , would you do this on a back day or a chest day ? I got a feeling maybe throwing them in a back day 2nd or 3rd movement in after lats are warmed up

Straight arm for chest, and bent arm or incline pull overs from a cable for back. If you have a pullover machine its the best.

Chest!!!!!!!
Love the way they open up your chest. I would say these are my fav exercise.

seems 50/50
i'll admit I never see them and haven't done them probably in 6 months tempting to throw them in starting a new gym new machine new weights new routine..
was thinking this though seems fun
