    biceps training / need advice

    Hey again,

Yesterday I had biceps day and as always I'm training hard. After I finished my training I was driving home and my biceps was so pumped up that I can't even turn my steering wheel properly. ( it was so hard ) In night time I didin't sleep well cuz I had some pain ( I wouldn't say its pain its more like my arms was pumped and it was harder to sleep ) So I woke up in a morning and I my arms was fully recovered. Well I feel like it is. I didin't feel any pain and didin't feel any pain or discomfort in my biceps.
So the question is: Do I do something wrong on my training or its normal?

Pain and or soreness Is not necessarily a indication of growth. Are you getting stronger? Are you seeing gains over time? If yes then your doing everything right.

Do I still need to give time to recover even if I feel recovered?
The thing is when I had my shoulders day the next day I was feeling that I can't even put my hands up.
But thanks for the answer it makes me feel better now.

you have to keep in mind that you are breaking down muscle in the gym, you are growing outside the gym. Dont cut short your growing time just to break them down again because they feel fine.
