we all know you only grow with rest , this whole year I seem not to be growing no matter what I do and we all know less is more sometimes....
what would you think the best split for size would be ? im not sore in my currently split I hit each body part every 5 days maybe im just over thinking everything ?
heres my currently layout
Chest/Back
Shoulders
Legs
Arms
Rest (Repeat)
I do Cardio every morning fasted Stead state , so basically im training 6x a week
I was thinking maybe a standard split

Arms

or even
Chest / bi

Shoulders / Tri

Repeat
what you think the optimal recover and training split is ? im spinning my wheels here I think but maybe im not
