    breathing while working out

    hey guys,

    just wanted to see what breathing patterns you usually use when working out. i usually inhale when contracting the muscles and exhale when relaxing. i've heard of some people inhaling twice when contracting and then exhaling when relaxing, and i've heard of some ppl doing the other way around.

    what do you guys usually do and is there any scientifically proven method of effective breathing to prevent fatigue?

    I just breath like normal.
