abs
what do you guys do to get more defined abs? I know dieting is a huge factor but what exercises do you guys do in order to define your abs more. Also, when bulking, isn't it harder to get better abs cuz you're caloric intake is exceeding the caloric outake, therefore building more muscle and fat

Personally, I like doing weighted crunches and leg raises, they work great and they target all of the abs. Of course it's hard to see abs when you are bulking but I really don't or think anyone else worries about that, all I worry about is to make them bigger so that when I finish bulking and decide to cut all the fat, they look better than last time.

when adding mass to the abs, like any muscle, progressive resistance is needed. i like weighted crunches as well.
