    Shoulder routine

    Time to change up shoulder routine and just wanted input on switching lateral raises (seated) to wide grip upright DB rows to target middle deltoid - I know this is compound exercise but will it suffice as an alternative to the lateral raise?

    I love reverse db flys for shoulder.

    I always do lateral and db press, and reverse fly for shoulder day, I end with barbell seated shoulder press
