Clean gyms, nation wide, killer workouts, great environment and very affordable. I think it complements BodyBuilding very well.

Looks interesting but also something you could do yourself wearing a heart rate monitor in a spin class
I've never done an Orangetheory Fitness class but I've done a few Barry's Bootcamp classes which as far as I'm aware are the same workout.
I agree they are nice complements to BB.
The classes are definitely more effective than doing HIIT yourself because if you have a good trainer they will push you push you very hard.
I've no clue what this is. Enlighten me.
They are a fitness chain that is built off the HIIT model of exercise training. Very well ran, and unlike a crossfit affiliate box, each gym is set up and ran exactly the same. So for example when I travel, I can go into any location and expect to get the same quality of staff and gym experience as I do at my home clinic. For me it's been a nice change of pace for my cardio workouts.

Here in New Hampshire they opened a 9 Rounds center. Is it similar to the Orange Fitness model as far as being able to travel with your work outs?

I am now enlightened (it can happen.) Thanks MS.
Little update,
I have been going 2-3 times a week. My aerobic capacity has dramatically increased. My knee has been pain free within the joint for the first time in 3 years. When I first started, every step I took running felt like an almost unbearable shot to the knee. I fought through the pain and over the course of two months, it improved greatly. My right thigh from the two meniscus and patella femoral tendon repairs was half the size of the left. They are pretty close to balanced at this moment. I started at a very chunky 225 ish. To now I'm a leaner 212 as of this morning. I've put a lot of size in my legs from all the running. My upper body mass isn't coming along yet but, my goal was to get the knee healthy and stable and to drop body fat in a healthy manner.
My TDEE is right at 2700kcals/day. My diet I have myself on is right at 2200 kcals/day so about a 500 per day caloric deficiency on rest days and 800-1200 on exercise days. Orange Theory days I typically burn 750-800 calories, based on their heart rate monitor system. Which I think is probably close enough in accuracy. At the moment I'm losing about 3lbs a week while my strength is going up on my weight lifting days.
How did you injure your knee back then?
Basketball injury was what's finally got it.
Noted. Wish you a full recovery.
Looks like a solid cardio program.
I'm considering joining for a couple months. Like to see your results MS.
I just saw a sign for this coming soon around the corner from where I live and wondered what it was....seems cool
It's really helped me get my rehab and post surgical depression under control. I'm very cardiovascularly fit at this point and getting noticeable abs without doing any crazy diet to do so. Once I get to a descent bf level say 10% I will cut the number of classes I do and try to add some mass.
