Serious Cardio Question?
heY guyz.....I'm on my cutting cycle now. I'm trying to loose ASAP.
I'm 210 6ft 23% bf. I do Cardio in the morning on a empty stomach for 45mins ( pop 2 xenadrines ). and then after a few hrs i do my weights and i do cardio again after for 30 mins. Is that good enuff to loose fat ass soon as possible? plz help brotha out....thanx...peaCe 1

first-are you running, or plan on running any AAS. with that much cardio, you are at risk for loosin muscle mass.
second- watch your carb intake (<30g a day), get your efa's, eat quaility protein and carb load every 3 days. Kind of in a hurry, hope this gives you a start point

I would ditch the afternoon cardio. The am is all ya need. DO watch your carbs, I won't say to go less than 30 grams. Post your diet and I can see where it might need some work.
