Explosive exercises?????!?
I am a WR in football and i need explosive quickness and strength. i have back issues so i can not squat or deadlift very heavy yet but I'm working on it.
i know a lot of you guys are bodybuilders but if anybody knows any exercises that will help me with explosive quickness and strength it would help a lot.

Power cleans, power cleans and more power cleans if you want to improve your explosive quickness in sports.

Adding bands will help with power too. You can add bands to your light squat and DL to build explosive power. Best of luck with your back.
