Advice and suggestions PLEASE!!!
Hey yall, just joined because this place is the only place I've found that actually has people who will help people out. Anyhow, about myself. I'm 21 and as of a year ago i was 5'10" and 240 pounds(not muscle...not even a bit) I dieted hard and did a hell of a lot of cardio and dropped to 187. Problem was i didn't lift at all during that time so when i got into lifting i was barely able to to 115 for 6reps. I have been lifting allot in the past few months and my weight is now 195 and I've managed to get my ORM to about 235. I've still got some more fat on me than I want so I'm thinking of starting a cutting phase. Problem is, like everyone, i want to get bigger at the same time. I know I cant do both so what do you all recommend as far as a bulking first then cutting down....or cutting down then bulking back up. I estimate my BF% to be in the mid to high teens.
