Lower chest and upper chest in diferent sessions?
Hi , ill runing a cycle tomorrow based on sust eq and winni.One of my weakest parts is the chest.
Thinking to do Lower chest session on monday( dips , crossover , a lot of declinate..etc)
And the friday do a lot of exercises of upper chest..
What do you guys thinkk?

I wouldn't. If you need additional attention to your chest, why not work it 2x weekly until it catches up? Or just do chest on chest day, then throw in s couple of chest exercises towards the end of the week.
