how many days a week training?

currently trying to cut no AAS just TRT 200mg

I'm a fan of high volume 6x a week training 1 rest day but thinking lately maybe this is fucking me over?

    currently

push / pull / leg repeat followed by a rest day on sunday , and of course 10-20 minutes cardio post workout

Do you guys find less volume when cutting can work ? im not sore or over trained or tired I nap during the day don't work walk my dog every couple hour so my life is pretty relaxed ,

would maybe 3x a week work as well I heard a lot of people on here like training 3-4x a week no more ,

You can cut on just about any program. It's all about your diet when you're trying to cut. Or bulk for that matter too.

Over the last few months I have cut back to 3-4 days of weight training per week and I'm doing very well on it.
I've always been a high volume guy and trained 6 days per week but started seeing diminishing results and started
getting nagging injuries. NO QUESTION, I was extremely over trained.

As long as you purposely factors in breaks or rest/recovery intervals in your training you don't have to worry to much about over training.

3 days per week for me has been beyond priceless. There's no doubt it helped me to maintain more size than I deserve as I've aged. I'm well rested for every workout which results in very high intensity and brief, productive workouts.

Glad it's working out for you. Nice to be rested and ready for your workouts. I found I'm much more motivated on this type routine as well, and that can only lead to progress.

I have done 6 days for as long as I can remember, but I have started to develop all sorts of overuse injuries. It's also hard to maintain a consistent level of intensity. As much as I like being in the gym I think I'm probably better off cutting it down to 4 days a week.

Smart move for growth and recovery. Plus it's damn nice to have days "not" in the gym.

From my experience 7 days can produce results as well as 3 days, the difference is how much work is done. At 7 days per week, very little is done per workout though. I train to failure so it makes a huge difference if I do more exercises/sets. I have been logging my training for over a decade and with each log book (not that I keep them but I always evaluate the results and analyze the differing factors in training before I throw them away) and while I have done 4-5 days in the gym plus 4-5 martial arts sessions, that amount of work made me stagnate, no amount of calories would help.

I train EOD now because I feel better before heavy exercises like deadlifts or squats. When training too frequently I feel anxiety and unwillingness before the lifts... So despite pretty equal results I choose lower frequency

For me 5 is optimal. I can hit every muscle group once a week within 45 min to an hour. Arms get their own day on Friday and it's a great way to wrap up a 5 day week. I like Mon thru Friday so I get 2 days straight of recovery over the weekend

I have always dun around 6 days a week high intensity (or I thought)
Got 3 injuries that wouldn't let go, but they didn't hurt enough for me to stop.

Now I've gone down to 2 days - rest - 2 days - rest aso
Getting stronger each week, but I'm also on Power PCT which affect the results.

All I can say that by going down and rest more, ALL my injuries are gone and I can give so much more on heavy weights this way.
My thoughts on high intensity has changed since

    Insulin yes or no....
    Bulk Cycle yes or no..

No insulin 3 days a week lifting is the sweet spot for me
Insulin allows 4 days a week and full recovery after 3 off days.

I train around 3-4 times per week but it isn't set in stone. I train my whole body once every 10 days.

The video...grass fed has nothing to do with it imho. Read up on the pink slime additive they busted the meat companies for adding. It will disgust you. Why i buy the meat and grind it at home.
