I weigh around 220 and I could not do one single pull up if my life depended on it however I started doiong lat pull downs and now I can get three to five of them. Granted nothing to notify the presses about but it's a start.
If you're 210 at 30% you're basically FAT bro. Don't get me wrong this is not a flame....
But what really worries me is that you are bencing 50kg... WTF - if you are on the juice and those are your stats then you are EXTREMELY weak for your weight.....
I suggest you get off the roids, diet to about 15% bf and then decide what you want to do...
You should NOT be anywhere near the juice at the moment....

work hard on the lat pulldown and bent over rows until you have enough strength to do pullups (don't stop doing the bent over rows after you are strong enough, do both pullups and the rows)
