    Question am i weird

    what are the muscles used in pull ups, for some strange reason i cant do them, im 6ft 190lbs about 30% bf dunno if thats correct but most of its water from the roids im on.

    im currently benching 50k wats going wrong

    the muscles used are the lats, rhomboids, biceps

    ** these are just the general names. yes, there's others & smaller muscles involved as well, but if i said them, would you know them ??

    50k as in weight, about 110lb i weigh 210lb

    you're on the juice and you only bench 110 lbs? i just noticed that you gained 20 lbs within only and hour and 30 minutes after your first post.. you went from 190 to 210 lbs, amazing.

    estimates ?? i'm sorry, but how can you NOT know how much you weigh. 20 pounds is a huge difference.

    I weigh around 220 and I could not do one single pull up if my life depended on it however I started doiong lat pull downs and now I can get three to five of them. Granted nothing to notify the presses about but it's a start.

    If you're 210 at 30% you're basically FAT bro. Don't get me wrong this is not a flame....
    But what really worries me is that you are bencing 50kg... WTF - if you are on the juice and those are your stats then you are EXTREMELY weak for your weight.....
    I suggest you get off the roids, diet to about 15% bf and then decide what you want to do...
    You should NOT be anywhere near the juice at the moment....

    gotta agree with this, get off the roids quick...=P benching 110 lbs while weighing over 200 lbs is a problem roids aint gunna solve...

    work hard on the lat pulldown and bent over rows until you have enough strength to do pullups (don't stop doing the bent over rows after you are strong enough, do both pullups and the rows)
