Anyone know of solid FULL body workout routines similar to AllPros?
I'm on information overload after googling "Fullbody workout" lol.
There's a ton of routines out there and it's overwhelming.
I've done ALLPROS a few times in the past with great results, however I'd like to start a new fullbody workout routine that is just as solid.
I work 3, 12hr shifts so if there are 3 day ones that'll be great
Thank you in advance!

However, as long as youre hitting compound exercises for each main muscle group with some ancillaries for muscles like calves, shoulders, abs you should be fine. Remember, it's less about the routine and more about the diet. It sounds lame but it's so true. Pick one that looks like it will keep your interest and STICK WITH IT.

Super set 2 movements each no stop. Jump from exersise/station to the next.
Dumbell bench to ,lat pull down to, triceps.
Rotate that with 8 to 12 reps each for 4 sets each.
Then incline or decline to, seated rows, to 21's. Same 4 sets of 8-12 each no breaks
Should take less than hour tops

Whats your goal?
I'd say do 5/3/1 with a good amount of accessory work or try the cube method but than again I'm more into power lifter type training with some bodybuilding based principals/accessory work thrown in.

I am more of the hypertrophy GVT guy.
I do not believe people who are below genetic max should be doing HITT low rep exercises. Focus on hitting everything over 8-10 days. You will grow more than if you try to do everything in a week. One muscle group a day allows blood to fill that group for recovery instead of breaking it into multiple places.
If you are over genetic max the game changes. If you are working 40 hours a week you are not over genetic max I would wager. Fullbody workouts are for people that cannot focus enough to do muscle groups imho.
