    Body fat maths question.

Hi. I am useless, therefore I have a question.

If I am 350 pounds and have 30% body fat, how much would I weigh if my result had been 10% body fat?

    Thanks

I will answer the question the way that it is written however I do not think it is what you are looking for.
You presently have 105 lbs of fat. At 10% body fat you will weigh the same with only 35 lbs of fat.
The 10% body fat is at a specific weight.

So I would be around 265 to 290 lbs if I was shredded and didn't lose much muscle getting there. That's pretty good. A goal.

Ok. Understand now. 295 would be a goal. You just need to be careful because usually when you lose weight you lose muscle also. It is possible not to, but your diet and exercise need to be really dialed in.
Don't go too fast. Cardio is a must however start out slow and gradually increase. I would assume that there are BP issues also.
Just to let you know 10% is really lean. I compete and go into single digits, but I think that your first goal may be to cut down to 15%.
