    Long arms

Any tips for a guy with long arms?
I am training for 3 years and I feel like my arms are not the way they should be...
Any tips for making them grow?
So far I've been training them once per week 3 exercises, 4 sets + drop sets.

you have to do your reps slow and really squeeze at the top of the contraction
high reps (16-20 reps per set)
hit different grips on barbell (close grip/wide grip)

form is everything, unless your going heavy to shock

tricep pull down (i like to use a single handle attachment instead of the normal rope)...squeeze!
overhead tricep extension (barbell and dumbells)
    skull crushers

I try all kinds of different regimes, but it's not how i feel while i'm training,it's how i feel over the next day or two, which gives
me a good idea of what works.

I'm 6'4 with a wingspan of 6'7 so I have the same issues. I like to work my arms 2 days a week. I like start off with a decent weight and do concentration curls supppper slow, 15 reps, 4 sets. Then throw in some other workouts, whatever you like.

I have very long monkey arms and they are my best feature. Them and my shoulders. Heavy heavy heavy for 3 sets. No more than 4-6 reps. I prefer 3-4. Rest 5 minutes. Then a pyramid set of db curls (example: 25, 30, 35, 30, 25, 20). Rest a few minutes. Then do stretches.
