Implementing new training with cycle - more rest and HIIT pwo

So normally I lift 4 and have 2 cardio days and 1 rest day.

    I am currently on 700mg Primo and 300mg Test E, 50mg Proviron , 3iu HGH.

I am going to have 2 or 3 full rest days (first time ever).

I am changing my cardio to 15 mins of HIIT PWO, instead of two cardio days.

I notice with the Primo how well my body responds to a little cardio so I want to up the amount of cardio but keep it short and focus on fat loss to see how my body recomps and grows with the extra rest.

Will report back, today was day 1

Because I like all of my energy spent during lifting to get in a solid lift. Plus my body is already in a fat burning state by PWO and optimizes the fat loss.

Go Mack go. I can tell I'm getting the most out of my cardio when I see veins coming out on my abs.

I got veins popping all over now and the cycle hasn't even fully kicked in yet which is awesome but I've already noticed a lean mass increase and BF drop somewhat. I've been taking progress pics and sending them to my coach/diet guru friend who knows about everything I do, which I only 1 of 3 people in my life lol. My goal is to put on 10lbs of Lean mass in the next 12 months and then possibly set up for a competition.

Day to day small small changes are fun. Its very rare to have that that quickly. The cycle hasn't even really kicked in yet either. Im seeing a little kicking in but its gonna be interesting for the next 2 months lol.

My arms and chest are weak areas since my frame is so fucking long, I’m 6’4 with near 7 foot wing span.

I finally getting the separation in my top forearm muscle, the line is forming just above the wrist and my cycle hasn’t even fully kicked in yet. Happy to see how the results flow in next 8 weeks.

Btw running T3 at bedtime. I was getting fainting symptoms because I was taking too many stimulants together once getting up. No issues to date, started that 4 days ago. No increase in fat loss yet from T3 but seeing changes from the daily HIIT

My tricep, to bicep to side delt is almost fully separated from the side profile. U can now see my triceps poking out from the front. Arms are growing.
