Question New Home Gym Equipment Purchase

Looking at arm curl benches. Something like the LifeFitness Signature Series Arm Curl Bench.

Any input for this???...I am a triceps man and rarely do more than hammer curls and isolation curls with dumbells. I tried to use the one at the gym and it is made for a midget. Definitely want adjustable seat and arm rest. Anything particular to look out for on the EZ curl bar?

If you mean a preacher or scott curl bench I picked up a used "Hoist" brand years ago and love it. Craigs list is a great resource.

Solid not hollow, and under 4' in length. For the EZ bar

I'd spend a little extra money and get something commercial quality such as HAMMER STRENGTH.
