know that I'm back I'm going 6 or 7 days a week. My body feels hammered, but i feel fat or lazy or weak for taking a break or letting my body recover. Anybody else deal with that and any personal suggestions
The other thing I've struggled with is not being fit enough or strong enough or built enough no matter how much work I put in. Be interested to hear other people body perceptions and how they view things. Oh yeah and I decided Winstrol injections hurt like ...ya know pretty bad lol. Just different type of discussion I thought and other peoples experiences.
