    Quad workout!!

    Sharing my quad workout that I did on Saturday. I normally do Jefferson squats, but I was training with my friend who is competing this weekend so it might of been to much for him

    I napped for about 3 hours after this training.

    Leg extensions 2 warm up sets

    Follow by 5x20 working sets. Last set 5xhalfway up 5xhalfway down 5xfulreps

    Box squats: 1 warm up set

    Working sets: 1 x12 175lbs

    1x12 245

    Drop set 8x245

    5x175

    Failure 110lbs (bunch of reps)

    Leg press: a bunch!!

    Leg extensions again 2 set reps till failure follow by single leg extensions.

    I especially love that you started and ended with extensions. Totally gonna do that tonight.

    Looks like you got some good sweeps going on, a hard leg workout does take it out of you and really over loads your CNS so time out is a good productive way to manage it

    Thanks brother.. legs are my favorite workout believe it or not and I earn these quadlet's not talk about calves tho lol
    , but having a herniated t7/t8 I gota be extra careful. .. I dont deadlift anymore

    Not sure how small your screen is but no I wasn't fat in my avy mate lol I9 was huge and it is me not like some avy's! Might be a different story these days I'm not at my best lol

    Ahh right, I'm on my home computer and its big, its also big on my phone so I don't ever see small avy's mate but I sure can see your quads
    In that avy I was about 260ish not my biggest but again not my smallest.

    Thanks. Did a hard cut from 89kilos to 79 kilos in 2 months and off everything at the time period lol..helping my buddy prep for his comp in a few days.

    I'm lucky to be 168cm or else I would look like a twig. Even tho I still feel small. Nothing compare to you tho.

    I assume we are in the same time zone unless you like to stay up late

    Passing out or vomiting in my mouth and swallowing it again because i don't want to sacrifice the calories is standard routine on leg day!
