What is your diet/Cardio like when on a cut

Currently shreding @ the moment. In the last 2 months I dropped my calories big time. Went from 3200 to 1800/2000 calories. Now mind you I did not drop 1000 calories in one shot. I gradually decrease during time..
Went from 190 to 172lbs in that time period, but I also been off gear for a couple of months just low dose clomid. Loss alot of water weight and a little bit of muscle since coming off. Not to bad since I'm 5'6. I'm just naturally built stocky. Strength is still up!

I lift 6 times a week sometime I won't rest for 2 weeks. Even off gear. Crazy right? But as long as I feel good and do not feel over trained I'm ok.; however last 2 days I took a break and started back up today.

Current regime is lift and follow by cardio 5 times a week( 20-40mins incline treadmill). Depending what body part I did and how hard I went.

Diet is high protein/moderate carbs/low fat. I have a cheat meal maybe twice a month, but I'm cutting that off for the next few weeks as the fat is coming off pretty well and I dont want no set backs.

Might bump my calories once I start my peptides

Are you doing any refeed days? I was doing exactly what your doing. I hit a major wall and slowed my metabolism down. But I was probably dieting for 3-4 months straight by that point and strict Keto.

I do one refeed day per week. I also counted my cheat meal as a refeed, but I did it more for sanity purpose.
I just add more carbs and lower my protein on refeeds and you are correct it will slow down metabolism.
I also can't go any lower than 40 grams of fat or I will feel like shit in my workouts. I keep it between 40-50grams a day.
Once upon a time I wanted to compete, but age and injuries set me back. I just do it as therapy and to feel good and look good butt naked(no homo)

Fats are something I would never cut low. They are just too biologically important especially for a person under heavy oxidative stress like exercise.

OP - just my opinion. but I generally would never recommend an enhanced bodybuilder cut without the use of gear. sure you can bulk without steroids no prob, but cutting is the most important time to be running gear (assuming your a AAS user anyhow). its the most important time to be extremely efficient at using protein (which steroids do) otherwise your body will utilize muscle and you'll thus lose muscle. also steroids help blunt cortisol, which is going to be elevated from heavy training and a calorie deficit.

throghout most all of bodybuilding, dieting and contest prep is when guys have used the most gear, and in the off seanon when not dieting down is when less or no gear is used.

Every single cell is made of fat, it’s good for us! Don’t believe the evil sugar lobby.

    You can call me Bori

I appreciate the feedback and a very good theory which totally makes sense. I admit I went a little bit overboard with the cardio and diet. I knew exactly what I was getting myself into when I was doing this cut. Sacrifice hard earn muscle while being off. The low dose clomid is keeping my natty test levels high hence why I haven't lost much strength.

My fats between 40-50 grams on this Cut and it's not to bad. Anything lower and I just feel like garbage.
I found my sweet spot for getting leaner however I think I will end up bumping my calories anyways since I will start my peptides next week.

Hexarelin 100mcg-200mcg w/MoD 2times a day and Mk677. If I got true Mk677 then I should have that grehlin spike. I will also add a low dose of test back into my system withing the next few weeks.
I do think 1800 calories is to low on a cut! Especially being off gear.

My training partner is on the same deficit and the only difference he is on tren /test/winny since he has a competition on Sunday.

    Good looking out bro.
