    AM weights PM cardio

    Currently on Test C 500mg/wk and Tren A 400mg/week

    calories ar at 2000 and my goals are to really lose weight and lower bf%. How does this sound? i'm currently at around 18% bf of i did cardio 30/40mins and weights in the day what do you reckon i can get my bf% too? visable abs?

    Switch the AM to cardio and do it fasting then PM weights. You should see better results. What is your TDEE?
