hello folks
i have just found out i have a hernia right above my bellybutton and am woundering if anyone else has and did it affect the way they trained abs and did it make it worse that they had to have the operation as mine does not give me trouble just now

from my knowledge, working out can only make hernias worse. so i'd get a doctor's opinion and go from there.
